Daura Gold Announces Grant of Options

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 20, 2025) - Daura Gold Corp. (TSXV: DGC) (the "Company" or "Daura") announced today that it has granted a total of 3,525,000 incentive stock options to certain of its executive officers, directors, investor relations and other key consultants, in accordance with the Company's stock option plan. Each option is exercisable into one common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 per share, being the closing price of the Company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on June 19, 2025. The options will vest and become exercisable in equal quarterly tranches every 3 months from the grant date, and will expire on June 19, 2030.
