Jervois Global Second Meeting of Creditors

22 April 2025 – TheNewswire – Australia - Jervois Global Limited (Administrators Appointed) (ASX: JRV) (TSX-V: JRV) (OTC: JRVMF)  As announced on 9 April 2025, the New South Wales Supreme Court made orders extending the statutory convening period in relation to the Companies.

The Second Meeting of Creditors has now been convened to be held concurrently on 30 April 2025 at 10:00am AEST, and will be held virtually via Microsoft teams.

At the Second Meeting, creditors will decide the future of the Companies by voting on one of the following options:

  • that the administration should end (in this case control of the company will revert to its directors); or

  • that the company should be wound up; or

  • that the company execute a DOCA.

The Administrators have published their Voluntary Administrators’ Report to creditors. Within their report, the Administrators have recommended that creditors accept a Deed of Company Arrangement “DOCA” proposed by Millstreet, as it will provide for a better return to the creditors of the Companies than would result from an immediate winding up of the Companies.

Further information

As previously advised, during this process, Jervois shares are suspended from trading on the ASX, the TSX-V, and US OTC market.
