Altius Minerals Reports Voting Results from May 15, 2018 Annual and Special Meeting

ST. JOHN’S, Newfoundland and Labrador--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Altius Minerals Corporation (ALS:TSX) reports that all resolutions presented at its May 15, 2018 Annual and Special Meeting were approved by shareholders, including the re-election of directors John Baker, Brian Dalton, Don Warr, Fred Mifflin, Jamie Strauss, Anna Stylianides, Guy Bentinck and André Gaumond. The voting participation rate was 71.295%, a strong demonstration of shareholder participation, and Altius thanks its shareholders and their intermediaries for an outstanding turn-out.
