OTTAWA, Oct. 25, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Stria Lithium Inc. (TSXV:SRA) (“Stria” or the “Company”) announces a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $500,000 Flow Through at a price of $0.05 per unit (the “Offering”). Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”), each Warrant entitling its holder to acquire one additional common share of Stria at a price of $0.05 per share for a period of four years.
The Company expects to complete the Offering within the next couple of weeks and the Offering remains subject to regulatory approval.
