Alphamin Resources Announces Resignation of Thomas Borman

GRAND BAIE, MAURITIUS--(Marketwired - Jan. 12, 2016) - Alphamin Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AFM) ("Alphamin" or the "Company") announces that it has received and accepted the resignation of Thomas Borman, one of the non-executive director of the Company. The resignation takes effect from 12 January 2016.

The Company wishes to thank Mr Borman for his contribution as director of the Company.
