Alphamin Resources in Discussions with IDC for Financing

GRAND BAIE, MAURITIUS--(Marketwired - Oct. 26, 2015) - Alphamin Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AFM) ("Alphamin" or the "Company") announced today that is in advanced negotiations with the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), a development finance institution owned by the South African government, for equity funding. The investment, if concluded, would be made in the Company's Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) subsidiary, Alphamin Bisie Mining SA, with the proceeds to be used for the completion of a feasibility study on the Company's Bisie Tin Prospect located in east central DRC.

No definitive agreements have been entered into in respect of the financing and there can be no assurance that the finanicng will be completed. The Company will make a further announcement if and when definitive agreements are entered into.
