Ivanhoe Mines files an updated NI 43-101 technical report for the Kamoa-Kakula Copper Project

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ivanhoe Mines (TSX:IVN) (OTCQX:IVPAF) announced today that, further to its news release of February 26, 2018, the company has filed an updated National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) technical report for the new, 2018 Kamoa-Kakula Mineral Resource estimate on the Kamoa-Kakula Copper Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The NI 43-101 technical report was independently prepared for Ivanhoe Mines by OreWin Pty. Ltd., Amec Foster Wheeler E&C Services Inc., Amec Foster Wheeler Australia Pty. Ltd., MDM (Technical) Africa Pty. Ltd.,Stantec Consulting International LLC, and SRK Consulting (South Africa) Pty. Ltd.
