LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM and BAIE VERTE, NL--(Marketwired - Dec 3, 2015) - Rambler Metals and Mining plc (TSX VENTURE: RAB) (AIM: RMM) ('Rambler' or the 'Company'), a copper and gold producer operating in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, today announces that all resolutions were passed at Company's annual general meeting held earlier today.

Today, David Harry Williamson Dobson provided notice of his retirement from the Rambler Board. The Company consequently withdrew, with the consent of the meeting, Resolution 4, being the re-election of Mr. Dobson, as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 3 November 2015. 

The Board would like to thank Mr. Dobson for his contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.
