New Age Metals Announces the Passing of its Director John Londry

July 29th, 2025 Rockport, Ontario – TheNewswire - New Age Metals Inc. (TSX.V: NAM; OTCQB: NMTLF; FSE: P7J.F) (“NAM” or “the Company”) announces with great sadness the passing of our director John Londry. On behalf of the Board of Directors and management team, we extend our deepest sympathies and condolences to John’s family and friends.

John first joined New Age Metals in 2004 as VP Exploration and became a Director of the Company in 2009 where he served the shareholders up until his passing. In addition, he was a geologist and mining consultant with Emerald Geological Services and a Director of Rockport Capital Corp. John was an experienced seasoned veteran geologist working in mineral exploration since 1969. He was involved in projects ranging from grassroots to advanced and development stages (Holloway, Eagle River, River Valley). John gained a wide and varied experience base in exploration techniques and various commodities. He held senior positions of with Noranda Exploration, Hemlo Gold Mines and Battle Mountain Gold.
