VANCOUVER, April 10, 2018 /CNW/ - New Dimension Resources Ltd. (TSXV: NDR) (the "Company" or "New Dimension") is pleased to announce that it has filed a technical report (the "Technical Report") prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43‐101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.
The Technical Report entitled "Updated Technical Report for Estimated Gold – Silver Resources at Las Calandrias Santa Cruz Province, Argentina" has an effective date of February 20, 2018 and supports the disclosure made by the Company in its February 20, 2018 press release (the "Press Release") announcing a mineral resource estimate for the Las Calandrias project. There are no material differences in the Technical Report from the information disclosed in the Press Release.

Additionally, in connection with the Company's annual general meeting held on March 29, 2018, the Company is pleased to announce that the shareholders have elected Eric Roth and Glen Parsons as new directors of the Company. The Company's board of directors now consists of Fred Hewett, Thomas Burkhart, Scott Heffernan, John Wenger, Eric Roth and Glen Parsons.
