Mr. Jonker has more than 20 years of extensive management, accounting and corporate finance experience across 5 continents, mostly in the mining industry. He currently serves as the Lead Independent Director of the Board of Directors of Mandalay Resources Corp (MND: TSX). Braam has been a Golden Reign Board member and Chair of the Company's audit committee since October 2015.
