(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SDC) announces that following the tragic and unfortunate death of Ken Collison, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse as Interim CEO. This interim appointment is expected to be for no more than three months as the Board has initiated a search for a new CEO and expects to fill that position as soon as practical. Mr. Van Nieuwenhuyse currently serves as co-Chairman of SolidusGold and is one of the founders of the company.
