(TSX-V: CLE) (“Clean Commodities” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to report the results of its annual and special meeting of shareholders held in Vancouver, British Columbia on September 8, 2016. All matters put forth to shareholders were overwhelmingly passed with each resolution and appointment receiving in excess of 99% of the votes cast.
Resolution One – Fixing the Board of Directors at Three
A total of 25,402,580 common shares were voted with regards to resolution one, with 25,165,000 common shares (99.06%) voting FOR the resolution, and 237,580 common shares (0.04%) were voted AGAINST the resolution.
Resolution Two – Election of Directors
i) Election of Ryan Kalt - A total of 22,278,126 common shares were voted with regards to the appointment of Mr. Kalt, with 22,232,546 common shares (99.80%) voting FOR his appointment, and 45,580 common shares (0.20%) withheld.
ii) Election of Brian Hearst - A total of 22,278,126 common shares were voted with regards to the appointment of Mr. Hearst, with 22,241,414 common shares (99.84%) voting FOR his appointment, and 36,712 common shares (0.16%) withheld.
iii) Election of Carl Schulze - A total of 22,278,126 common shares were voted with regards to the appointment of Mr. Schulze, with 22,243,414 common shares (99.85%) voting FOR his appointment, and 34,712 common shares (0.15%) withheld.
Resolution Three – Appointment and Remuneration of Auditors
A total of 25,402,581 common shares were voted with regards to resolution three, with 25,378,459 common shares (99.91%) voting FOR the resolution, and 24,122 common shares (0.09%) withheld.
Resolution Four – Amendment and Approval of the Stock Option Plan
A total of 22,278,126 common shares were voted with regards to resolution four, with 22,149,205 common shares (99.42%) voting FOR the resolution, and 128,921 common shares (0.58%) withheld.
