Mr. Jaramillo is currently President and Director of Discover Geological Consultants, a private consulting company who have carried out contracted exploration work throughout the Americas including past work on Berkwood's projects. Mr. Jaramillo is a professional geologist with over 30 years' experience mainly in gold, silver and copper mineral deposits. He is a Professional Geologist registered in the Province of British Columbia since 1992. He holds an M.Sc.A. Degree from McGill University (1983), is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists and a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. He has been involved in regional exploration, property assessment, resource estimation, mine operations and is author of multiple NI 43-101 reports. He brings extensive technical and industry experience to the Company as it begins to move forward again.
