Mr. van der Linde is a Chartered Accountant with 17 years finance, administration and public accounting experience in oil and gas, mining, financial services, manufacturing and retail industries.
Mr. van der Linde will be replacing Mike Taylor as a member of SLAM's Audit Committee.
