(TSX:GSV) (NYSE AMERICAN:GSV) (“Gold Standard” or the “Company”) reports that it has today filed a technical report prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”) at its North Bullion gold deposit (the “Report“). The Report supports the disclosure made by the Company in its news release on September 21, 2017 entitled “Gold Standard Reports a Maiden Resource Estimate for its North Bullion deposit at its Railroad-Pinion Project” and there are no material differences in the mineral resources contained in the Report from those disclosed in the news release.
The Report dated November 3, 2017 is entitled “Technical Report, Maiden Resource Estimate North Bullion and Railroad Project, Elko County, Nevada, USA”, and was prepared by independent “Qualified Persons” (as that term is defined in NI 43-101) under the direction of Michael B. Dufresne, M.Sc., P.Geol., P.Geo. and Steven J. Nicholls, BA.Sc., MAIG of APEX Geoscience Ltd. of Edmonton, Canada.

The North Bullion deposit, 7 km to the north of Pinion, has a resource estimate prepared in accordance with NI 43-101 consisting of an Indicated Mineral Resource of 2.92 million tonnes grading 0.96 g/t Au, totaling 90,100 ounces of gold and an Inferred Resource of 10.97 million tonnes grading 2.28 g/t Au, totaling 805,800 ounces of gold, using a cut-off grade of 0.14 g Au/t for near surface oxide and 1.25 to 2.25 g Au/t for near surface sulfide and underground sulfide respectively.
