(the "Corporation") (TSX – SGF) is pleased to announce that all of the nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated May 3, 2016 were elected as directors of the Corporation at its annual meeting of shareholders held on June 13, 2016 (the "Meeting"). In addition, the re-appointment of KPMP LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants as the Corporation's independent auditors, was also approved at the Meeting.
