(TSX.V: NEE) (OTC Nasdaq Intl.: NHVCF) (the "Company" or "Northern Vertex") announces that, further to its news releases dated December 6, 2018, December 12, 2018 and January 18, 2019, the TSX Venture Exchange has granted an extension to March 21, 2019 for filing final documentation in respect of the Company's previously announced private placement.
