VANCOUVER, BC, July 20, 2023 – Benz Capital Corp. (TSXV: BCC) (“Benz” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it will change its name to “Avaron Mining Corp.” effective at the opening of trading on July 25, 2023. The change of name has been accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) and approved by resolution of the Company’s Board of Directors.
The Company’s shares will commence trading on the TSXV under the new name at the opening of trading on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, under the trading symbol “AVR”.
The Company also announces the grant of an aggregate of 555,000 incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of Benz at an exercise price of $0.10 per share for a period of five
years. Such options is granted pursuant to the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan and are in accordance with policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
