Stearman Resources Delays Effective Date of Name Change

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – TheNewswire - September 26, 2025 – Stearman Resources Inc. (CSE:STMN) (“Stearman” or the “Company”) announces that, further to its news releases dated September 19, 2025, and September, 24, 2025, the effective date of the Company’s name change to “UraniumX Discovery Corp.” will be delayed until further notice (the “Name Change Delay”). The Name Change Delay is due to the ongoing British Columbia General Employees’ Union (BCGEU) labour strike which has resulted in the temporary closure of BC Registries. The Company will provide an update with a new anticipated effective date of the name change as soon as possible.
