The Name Change will become effective at the opening of market trading on January 26, 2021. The symbol "DLP" remains unchanged and the CUSIP number is 23291X107. The Name Change is a necessary prerequisite to the completion of a vertical amalgamation with the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, which is expected to be completed on or about January 26, 2021. The amalgamation will streamline the Company's mining exploration activities under a single corporate entity and reduce corporate and operational expenses.
