The Company's common shares will begin trading on the CSE on May 21, 2020 under the new name and the trading symbol for the Company will change from "LDG" to "FMAN". The new CUSIP will be 35658P105 and the new ISIN number will be CA35658P1053. The share capital of the Company remains unchanged.
