VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / December 28, 2018 / Pivit Exploration Inc. (CSE: PIVT)("Pivit" or the "Company") is pleased to announced it has closed the fully subscribed previously announced non-brokered private placement (see PRs dated November 20, 2018 and December 21, 2018) of 1,200,000 common shares at a price of $0.125 for gross proceeds of $150,000.
Net proceeds of the Financing will be used for general working capital purposes and to advance the Corporation's gold exploration projects in Canada.
Shares issued pursuant to the Financing will be subject to a four-month hold period according to applicable securities laws of Canada.
The Corporation paid a total of $5,250 cash finder's fees on subscriptions under the Financing.
