Argus Metals Announces Name Change to ePower Metals

Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Argus Metals Corp. (the “Company” or “Argus”) (TSX.V:AML) is pleased announce the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) has approved the change of name from Argus Metals Corp. to “ePower Metals Inc.”.  The Company will begin trading under its new name and new trading symbol (EPWR) on Thursday, December 7, 2017.  Upon completion of the name change, the Company’s new website will be found at www.epowermetals.com.

The name change and new logo represent the Company’s focus to energy related metals such as cobalt, manganese and copper.  The Company will continue to develop its current projects and will also continue to identify and pursue additional cobalt projects for its growing portfolio, when opportunities arise.

The Company also announces that it has received TSXV approval to close its mineral property option agreement (the “Option Agreement”) with Utah Mineral Resources, LLC to earn up to a 100% interest in and to the Panther Creek Cobalt Project, comprising 153 lode mining claims totalling 3,060 acres and a 41.297 acre mining lease located in the heart of the Idaho Cobalt Belt (the “Property”).  Please see the Company’s news release dated October 24, 2017 for full details on the Property.  The Company will be closing on the Option Agreement shortly, which includes the issuance of 5,500,000 common shares within 14 days following receipt of TSXV approval.

The Company will also be closing its two private placements totalling $2,000,000 on Thursday, December 7, 2017.  These funds will be raised by the Company issuing an aggregate of 15,000,000 units, as more particularly described in its news releases dated October 24, 2017 and November 3, 2017.
