Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - FIORE EXPLORATION LTD. (TSXV–F.V) (“Fiore” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Skanderbeg Capital Advisors Inc. (Skanderbeg”) to provide certain Investor Relations services for an initial 6 month term, which will continue upon mutual agreement on a month to month basis.
In connection with the foregoing appointment the Company announces the grant of 350,000 incentive stock options to Skanderbeg at an exercise price of $0.45 per share for a period of 3 years with applicable quarterly vesting restrictions commencing 3 months from the date of grant, subject to TSXV approval.
Vern Arseneau, P. Geo., Fiore’s VP Exploration, is the Qualified Person who supervised the preparation of the technical data in this news release.
