Burnaby, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - December 12, 2016) - Bayhorse Silver Inc. (TSXV: BHS) (the "Company" or "Bayhorse") is pleased to report on the results from its Annual & General Meeting, held on December 8, 2016 in Vancouver.
Messrs Graeme O'Neill, Clay Conway, John Cerenzia and Corey Klassen were re-elected as directors of the Company with 99.4% of the voted shares in favor of their re-election. Charlton & Company Accountants were re-appointed as the Company's auditors and the Company's Rolling Stock Option Plan was approved for the coming year.
Due to the increasing number of U.S. shareholders in the Company, the Directors have considered, and approved, proceeding with listing Bayhorse shares on the OTCQB. An OTCQB listing gives the Company exposure to a broader international audience, primarily U.S. investors, and a platform for current and future U.S. shareholders to trade and access Bayhorse' common shares
The Company will be participating in the Cambridgehouse Vancouver Resource Investment Conference in January, 2017.
