Barsele Applies to Extend Warrants

VANCOUVER, March 4, 2016 /CNW/ - Barsele Minerals Corp. – (BME: TSX-V) ("Barsele") reports that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") to extend the term of certain Barsele warrants issued in connection with the plan of arrangement between Orex Minerals Inc. and Barsele which completed September 25, 2015, currently expiring on March 24, 2016.  Subject to TSX-V approval, warrants to purchase 5,179,000 common shares of Barsele at a price of $0.30 per share will be extended to expire on March 24, 2018.
