VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Doubleview Capital Corp. (“Doubleview”) (TSX-V:DBV) is pleased to announce a fully subscribed non-brokered private placement financing of 10,000,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $500,000. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of Doubleview and one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”), with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at $0.06 per share for a period of two and half years from the date of issue.
The Company will use the proceeds of the Private Placement for exploration expenditures on the Company's Canadian properties and general working capital.
The Company will not pay a finder’s fee for this financing. Closing of the private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval
Strategic Investor:
Mr. Maxwell Munday has subscribed to 100% of this financing. Mr. Munday is an investor from Burnaby, British Columbia, who has supported many mining exploration and development companies and has been an important pillar in their success such as Integra Gold Corp.
