Mr. Steele graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator in Canada. Azarga Metals believes Mr. Steele will make a valuable contribution to its Board of Directors and as Chair of the Audit Committee.
