VANCOUVER, March 27, 2017 /CNW/ - New Dimension Resources Ltd. (TSXV: NDR) (the "Company" or "New Dimension") announces that it has appointed Mr. John Wenger to its Board of Directors.
Since April 2011, Mr. Wenger has been the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Pilot Gold Inc. where he was part of a management team that has raised over $100 million, and successfully completed multiple property transaction deals and acquisitions.

Prior to Pilot Gold Inc., Mr. Wenger worked for Ernst & Young LLP Chartered Accountants from 2001 to 2011, where he acquired considerable experience in financial reporting for both Canadian and U.S. publicly listed companies, primarily in the mining industry. Mr. Wenger has been a Chartered Professional Accountant with the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia since 2006.
In accordance with the Company's stock option plan, Mr. Wenger has been granted 150,000 incentive stock options at $0.135 for a period of 5 years from the date of grant and expire on March 27th, 2022.
