MONTREAL, Sept. 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Beaufield Resources Inc. (“Beaufield” or the “Corporation”) (TSX-V: BFD) announces the resignation of Ronald W. Stewart, effective immediately, as President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Beaufield in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Stewart will continue in his role as Director of the Corporation.
The Corporation’s Chairman, George N. Mannard commented: “I would like to thank Ronald for his contribution to the Corporation during the past year and wish him all the best in his future endeavor”. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Mannard as interim President and CEO.
