("AGC" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:CSPG)(OTCQB:CSPGF)(FRANKFURT:1AG) is pleased to announce the voting results for the election of directors at its 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") held on May 29, 2017 at the offices of Miller Thomson LLP in Toronto, which common shares were voted with respect to the election of directors as follows:
The following four nominees were re-elected as Directors of the Corporation to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Corporation, or until their successors are elected or appointed. The results of the voting were as follows:

Additionally, the following resolutions were passed:
- Approval of the appointment of UHY McGovern, Hurley LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as auditors for the ensuing year at a remuneration to be fixed by the directors;
- Approval of the total number of Directors at four for the upcoming fiscal year; and
- Re-approval of the amended and restated stock option plan of the Corporation for 2017.
