Cordoba Minerals Corp. is focused on the exploration, development and acquisition of copper and gold projects. Cordoba is advancing the Feasibility Study technical work program at the Copper-Gold-Silver Alacran Project in Colombia. Cordoba has entered into a joint venture partnership with JCHX for the Alacran Project with JCHX to acquire 50% of the project stake for US$100 million. Cordoba also holds a 51% interest in the Perseverance Copper Project in Arizona, USA, which it is exploring through a Joint Venture and Earn-In Agreement.
