Nevada Silver Corporation is a multi-commodity exploration and development company with two US-based exploration projects with NI 43-101 compliant mineral resources. In February 2022, NSC acquired the historic Belmont Silver Project, which was among the earliest and richest silver mining camps in the Tonapah district, with an estimated ore head-grade averaging ≈25 ounces per ton of silver. In addition to Corcoran and Belmont, NSC has exclusive ownership and management rights over the Emily Manganese Project in Minnesota, USA. The Emily Project contains North America’s highest-grade manganese resource and has been the subject of considerable technical studies, with USD$24 million invested to date.

Listed on the TSX, the Corporation operates the Zgounder Silver Mine, an underground silver mine located 260km east of Agadir in Morocco. Western Copper and Gold Corporation is developing the Casino Project, which is both a copper and a gold project. The company is currently in the permitting phase and announced a positive Feasibility in June. Casino has the potential to become an important Copper-Gold mine in Canada and a possible flagship mine for the Yukon Territory. Access road funding has been secured.  The Feasibility Study considered the Project being constructed as an open pit mine, with a concentrator processing 120,000 tonnes per day (t/d) to recover copper, gold, molybdenum, and silver, as well as a 25,000 t/d oxide heap leach facility to recover gold, silver, and copper.

Aldebaran Resources is a mineral exploration company that was spun out of Regulus Resources ("Regulus") in 2018 and has the same core management team. Aldebaran acquired the Rio Grande copper-gold project located in Salta Province, Argentina, from Regulus along with several other early-stage projects in Argentina. Aldebaran also has the right to earn up to an 80% interest in the Altar copper-gold project ("Altar") in San Juan Province, Argentina, from Sibanye-Stillwater. Altar hosts a cluster of large porphyry copper-gold systems with mineralization currently defined in four distinct zones. The Altar project forms part of a larger cluster of world-class porphyry copper deposits, which includes Los Pelambres in Chile (Antofagasta Minerals), along with El Pachón (Glencore), and Los Azules (McEwen Copper) in Argentina. A total of 266 drill holes (123,968 m) have been completed at Altar between 2003 and 2021. In mid-2018 an updated NI 43-101 resource was prepared for Altar by Independent Mining Consultants based on the drilling completed up to 2017.

Alphamin Resources Corp. is a low-cost tin concentrate producer from its high-grade deposit at Mpama North. This is on its mining license and it has an additional five exploration licenses covering a total of 1,270km2 in the North Kivu Province of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The Mpama North mine is in production. It has an output of ~10 000 tonnes of contained tin per annum, amounting to ~3% of the world’s mined tin supply. Alphamin are aiming to increase annual tin output and life of mine through incremental production from Mpama South and by adding more mines in close proximity to the current production and from within our licensed footprint. The management team has successfully developed and brought the Bisie tin mine to production and is focused on taking the business to the next level as it pursues its objective of realizing the full value potential of this extraordinary tin complex.

NioCorp Developments Ltd. will hold two separate town hall Meetings on Thursday, November 17, 2022 to discuss progress being made on the Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project.

Gen Mining’s focus is the development of the Marathon Project, a large undeveloped palladium-copper deposit in Northwestern Ontario. The Company released the results of the Feasibility Study on March 3, 2021 and published the NI43-101 Technical Report dated March 25, 2021. The Marathon Property covers a land package of approximately 22,000 hectares, or 220 square kilometres. Gen Mining owns a 100% interest in the Marathon Project. The Feasibility Study in respect of the Marathon Project estimated that at US$1,725/oz palladium, and US$3.20/lb copper, Marathon’s Net Present Value (at 6% discount rate) is approximately C$1.07 billion with a payback of 2.3 years and an Internal Rate of Return of 30%. Upfront capital costs were estimated at C$665 million, net of equipment financing and pre-completion operating costs and revenues. The mine would produce an estimated 245,000 palladium equivalent ounces per year over a 13-year mine life at an All-In Sustaining Cost of US$809 per palladium-equivalent ounce. Over the 13-year mine life the Marathon Project is estimated to produce 1,905,000 ounces of palladium, 467 million lbs of copper, 537,000 ounces of platinum, 151,000 ounces of gold and 2,823,000 ounces of silver. 

Seabridge Gold Inc. holds a 100% interest in several North American gold projects. Seabridge's assets include the KSM and Iskut projects located near Stewart, British Columbia, Canada, the Courageous Lake project located in Canada's Northwest Territories, the Snowstorm project in the Getchell Gold Belt of Northern Nevada and the Aces project set in the Yukon Territory.
