NevGold Corp. acquired the past-producing Limousine Butte, Nevada and Cedar Wash, Nevada gold projects from McEwen Mining for less than US$7/oz gold. More than US$45M in historical exploration work has been done. Multiple prospective resource targets along strike and at depth have been identified at Limousine Butte, an extensive +2 km gold soil trend at Cedar Wash, and Bonanza-grade polymetallic mineralization at Ptarmigan, BC. All three projects are fully-funded (post C$6.3M financing completed June 22) to aggressively explore over the next 12 months. Work is driven by the ex-Nevada Copper team that progressed the Pumpkin Hollow Project through exploration, studies, permitting, and construction. Goal: Targeting +1.5-2M ozs of near-term oxide gold resources in Nevada, while also delivering on untapped exploration potential to build a multi-million ounce portfolio of resources in safe geopolitical jurisdictions.

Southern Silver Exploration Corp. owns the Cerro Las Minitas Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn project located in Durango, Mexico which is one of the largest and highest-grade undeveloped silver projects in the world, with near-term resource growth opportunity. Southern Silver has completed an agreement with Electrum Global Holdings to acquire Electrum’s 60% interest in the project. The company is working towards a PEA in 2021.

Goldshore is an emerging junior gold developer, expecting approval for trading in May 2021. The Company has recently acquired the Moss Lake project from Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. through a proposed (concurrent) reverse takeover of Sierra Madre Developments and C$25m financing in January 2021. The transaction with Wesdome included consideration of cash (C$12.5) and shares (C$40m over 48 months) and a 1% NSR, with a total transaction value of C$52m plus royalty. The Moss Lake Gold Project has a historical mineral resource of approximately 1.5m oz Au of indicated resource, and c.2.5m oz Au, for a total historical resource of c.4m oz Au. Also included in the transaction is the historical North Coldstream mine (Xstrata/Glencore historical production of 103Mlbs Cu, 44k oz Au and 22k oz Ag), and East Coldstream and Hamlin Zone deposits.

The company is managed by a team of mining professionals with extensive experience developing, operating, and financing mining projects. Mont Sorcier Iron Ore and Vanadium project, just a short drive from the town of Chibougamau, Vanadium One Iron released the first NI 43-101 compliant resource for the property in june 2019. The company is in the process of completing a Preliminary Economic Assessment to explore the economic viability of commercial operations at Mont Sorcier in Q1 2020 in addition to advancing the resource at Mont Sorcier.

Equinox Gold is a growth-focused Canadian mining company with seven operating gold mines, construction underway at an eighth site and a clear path to achieve more than one million ounces of annual gold production from a pipeline of development and expansion projects. Equinox Gold operates entirely in the Americas with properties in Canada, the United States, Mexico and Brazil.

Generation Mining is focused on developing the Marathon Palladium Project in Northern Ontario. Marathon is the largest undeveloped palladium deposit in North America, with 8.6 million ounces of palladium equivalent ounces in the measured and indicated resource categories. Gen Mining completed a robust Feasibility Study in March, 2021. The project is currently going through the environmental approval process which is expected to be concluded in 2022. The company had about $10 million in cash on March 31, 2021.

Giyani is a mineral resource company focused on becoming one of Africa’s first low-carbon producers of high-purity electrolytic manganese through the advancement of its K.Hill Project, the Otse manganese prospect and the Lobatse manganese prospect in south-eastern Botswana . The Company is currently undertaking a feasibility study on the K.Hill Project, following an updated PEA announced on April 12, 2021 with a post-tax NPV of USD332 million and post-tax IRR of 80%.
