FPX Nickel is a Vancouver-based junior nickel mining company developing the large-scale Decar Nickel District in central British Columbia. Decar hosts the Baptiste deposit, which has the potential to become one of the largest nickel mines the world. A recent preliminary economic assessment (PEA) on Baptiste forecasts annual production of 99 million pounds of nickel over a 35-year mine life at an operating cost of US$2.74, which would make Baptiste one of the world's largest and lowest-cost nickel mines.
